This depends on where you’re based, but I’ll break it down simply:

• UK Express: 1–2 working days

• UK Standard: 2–4 working days

• International: Usually 3–5 working days (but can vary a little depending on customs)

If there are ever any unexpected delays, I’ll reach out personally. You’ll also get your full delivery details in your confirmation email.

If you’re ordering from outside the UK, please note that local customs duties and taxes may apply. As a small business, we’re unfortunately unable to cover these fees, as they’re set by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the customer (aka you, lovely).

For our U.S. customers, we’ve made shipping completely free to make things a little easier especially as new U.S. tariffs may apply upon delivery. While we can’t control or cover these import fees, we hope that free shipping helps balance things out.

If delivery is refused due to customs or tariff charges, your order will be returned to us, and the shipping fee will be deducted from any refund.
