Returns & Refunds

If something’s not quite right, don’t worry I’m here to help. You have 7 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.
Here's what we ask:
Your item needs to be:
• Unworn and unused
• In its original packaging
• With tags still attached
Just drop me an email at returns@valetalondon.com with your order number, reason for return, and a few clear photos of the item showing the tags and its condition.
Once it’s approved, i’ll send you a return label along with simple instructions to send your set or dress back to me.
Please don’t ship anything without checking in first I won’t be able to accept returns that haven’t been authorized.
Exchange
Want to swap your piece for a different size or item?
Just email me at returns@valetalondon.com with your order number and what you’d like to exchange. I’ll do my best to help you find your perfect fit.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes our quality check, I’ll process your refund to your original payment method you’ll get an email when it’s been approved.
It usually takes up to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
If it’s been longer than 15 business days since your return was approved & you haven’t received your refund, just drop a message at returns@valetalondon.com and I’ll follow it up for you.
International Refunds
As a small brand, I’m currently unable to cover international return shipping but I’ll still help every step of the way.
Please use a tracked shipping service and keep your receipt with tracking details, as I can’t take responsibility for any returns lost in transit.
No Returns:

• Gift cards
